WE WORK WITH SISMO
Sismo structural panels enable rapid, robust builds with excellent thermal and acoustic performance. The system combines engineering precision with on-site efficiency, delivering walls and slabs that are strong, fast to install, and environmentally responsible.
Speed without shortcuts
Each Sismo panel is factory-produced to exact dimensions, arriving on-site ready to assemble like a modular shell. This prefabrication drastically reduces construction time while maintaining accuracy and quality. Once panels are positioned, concrete is poured to form a continuous structure, allowing CÉU teams to build complete homes and structures in a fraction of the usual schedule.
Monolithic strength
After concrete is poured, the panels become a single monolithic wall system, a reinforced, continuous structure that resists cracking, deformation, and moisture. This solid concrete core ensures long-term stability, low maintenance, and excellent seismic and wind performance. Every Sismo build by CÉU is designed to meet or exceed European structural standards.
Comfort & efficiency
Sismo’s insulated design naturally improves thermal comfort and reduces energy use. The panels integrate insulation materials directly into the structure, minimizing thermal bridges and ensuring a constant indoor temperature. The airtight system also improves acoustic insulation, making interiors quieter and more comfortable, ideal for both residential and commercial buildings in the Algarve’s demanding climate.
